Siamo in un mondo prossimo venturo, la criminalità è cresciuta in maniera esponenziale e tutti i modi sono buoni per combatterla. Questo almeno pensano il poliziotto Jason Storm e la sua compagna, esperti entrambi in arti marziali. Poi lei rimane uccisa durante uno scontro. Grazie ad alcune tecnologie avanzate viene riportata in vita e "riprogrammata" per combattere ancora ma, questa volta, dalla parte dei cattivi.
