Description

CLEAN ist ein einfallsloser, uninteressanter, gleichgültiger und schlecht inszenierter Rache-Thriller, bei dem der New Yorker Schauspieler und Oscarpreisträger Adrien Brody auch als Drehbuchautor, Komponist und Filmproduzent fungiert.

Sowohl Handlung wie auch Figuren bleiben belanglos und unsympathisch. Hinzu kommt, dass praktisch keine Filmmusik zum Einsatz kommt. Da fragt man sich, was Brody effektiv komponiert hat.

Die Story ist klischeehaft und zäh. Fesselnde Spannung, unvorhersehbare Momente oder packende Überraschungen gibt es keine. Auch schauspielerisch wirkt alles träge und unmotiviert. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr billiger Aufguss von NOBODY oder JOHN WICK, jedoch ohne Style, ohne Geschmack und ohne spektakuläre Action. Last but not least ist auch die Bild- und Tonqualität mies und die Dialoge plump.

Das einzige was mich überzeugte, war der Dodge Pickup und Clean's alte V8-Karre, die er fährt. Alles Andere ist reine Zeitverschwendung und ich kann CLEAN auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Für einen ehemaligen Oscarpreisträger sehr schwach und einfallslos.
