WHile being simple, it's honest, feels true and go right to the point, what happens, who are these people, what they lived.
This film have the best practical effects I ever seen. All the sets are amazing and when it comes down, you feel the pain.

Typisch inszenierter Hollywood Blockbuster mit einfältigen Wahlberg als Produzenten. Geschichte und Charaktere dienen nur als Hintergrund für ein stündiges CGI-Desaster. Schade um die Top-Besetzung, aber leider dennoch ein oberflächlicher Film. Wo bleibt das Hearing, die Auswirkung von DH, wer trägt die Verantwortung etc...

Solider Film mit Top-Besetzung. der das Desaster mit der Bohrinsel Deepwater Horizon zeigt. Da es sich um einen Hollywood-Streifen handelt, kommt natürlich das Thema Umweltverschmutzung nicht zur Geltung. Das müsste wohl in einem Dokumentarfilm aufgezeigt werden.
