Description

Upon arrival to an elite martial arts conservatory, a group of young boys swear an allegiance to each other and form a gang. A decade later at graduation, they unexpectedly cross paths with an evil martial arts master and foil his kidnapping plan. Now, they must put their combat skills to the test in order to defeat this enemy and save their brotherhood.

Ein schöner Film über vier junge Wushu Kampfkünstler, welche in einer Wushu Schule in China aufwachsen und trainieren. Am Schluss finden alle ihren Platz in der Wushu Welt. Was leider fehlt, ist der reale Einblick in das beinharte Training und die Charaktere werden nicht wirklich tiefgründig erforscht. Mich hat der Sub-Plot mit dem Kinderhändler Ring etwas gestört, hat nicht so rein gepasst. Die Darsteller sind alles junge Kampfkünstler und sie sind ausgezeichnet. Der Film zeigt das moderne Wushu von heute das Taolu und das Sanda. Für Wushu Fans, vor allem für junge Fans, ein schöner Film. Wushu als Sport ist super!
