es ist ja schon erstaunlich was man aus einem alten film herausholen kann. sicher sieht man "el cid" das alter an, aber man hat hier sicher das optimum herausgeholt. die ausstattung ist ebenfalls top. und la bella sophia sieht hier wunderschön aus.

Unglaublich aber wahr. Die meisten Filme dieser Art, wie 55 Tage in Peking, Untergang des römischen Reiches etc. wurden damals im 70 mm Verfahren und mit 6 Tonspuren hergestellt. Nun bequemt man sich die ganze Serie in simplen Mono-Ton herauszugeben!
