Incroyable !
Je suis vraiment en retard.
Je viens de découvrir ce film d’animation, alors qu’il est sorti en 2000 !

J’avais entendu parler de «Batman Beyond», mais je ne savais pas que :

1) ils ont en fait toute une série !
Avec deux saisons, en plus !!
2) que cela se passait 40 ans après les aventures de Batman que l’on connaît.
3) je ne savais pas non plus que Doyen (Dean) Stockwell, qui fait la voix du vieux Robin, était décédé il y a deux ans, en 2021.

À noter que, parmi les doubleuses, il y a aussi Rachael Leigh Cook & Melissa Joan Hart !
Et bien sûr, il y a le seul et l’unique Mark Hamill, irremplaçable en voix du Joker !

Donc… ici, ils ont tous vieilli. Harley Quinn est une grand-mère, Robin a décroché de son rôle de super-héros pour devenir un mari et un papa. Bruce Wayne a formé un Terry McGinnis qui est devenu le nouveau Batman, avec plein de nouveaux moyens et de nouvelles technologies. Il est devenu, en quelque sorte, le nouvel Alfred pour Terry.
Par contre, le Joker, qui était censé être mort, réapparaît… et toujours aussi jeune. Et il est en tête d’un nouveau groupes de méchants.

Alors l’action est parfaite, les personnages font plaisir à voir où à découvrir.
J’ai adhéré à ce mélange des vieux Batman avec ce nouveau. Car il y a des flashbacks qui ramènent dans le passé.
La musique, plutôt métal, accompagne très bien ce film d’animation.

Par contre, je ne suis pas convaincu de la façon où le retour du Joker a été mis en place et a été conçu. Les plus scientifiques vont dire que ce n’est juste pas possible. Et ceux qui ne sont pas du tout scientifiques ne vont juste rien y comprendre.
Et ça ne tient pas debout !
Mais ça reste un bon moment, un excellent divertissement.

No words can express my meanings for this dark world animation and Prince of Clown in this high anticipated movie of all time. Its got the best metal soundtrack in it with amazing cool actions and not to forget our dark Knight. BATMAN.
