Dieser Film zeigt, wie die Jugend vor und im zweiten Weltkrieg war und was sie beschäftigt hat. Man bekommt einen Einblick in die Hitlerjugend und erfährt was es mit den Swing Kids von damals auf sich hatte. Top Besetzung von Christian Bale und Robert Sean Leonard. Schade nur, dass Kenneth Branagh nur etwa 10-15 Minuten mitspielt.
